THOROUGH TESTING: Each JASPER product is subjected to a specific set of tests and calibrations during the inspection and building processes. Gas engines are live-run tested to ensure proper compression, vacuum, and oil pressure. Transmissions are dynamometer tested under load to ensure proper gear ratios, line pressure, cooler pressure, and flow. Running Complete Diesel engines are dynamometer tested under varying loads to simulate in-the-vehicle operation, including a final engine run-in and inspection to ensure peak performance and operating efficiency.

24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first when traveling more than 25 miles from the original TechNet Professional Automotive Service® repair facility.
In the event you need assistance on a warranty related repair when traveling beyond 25 miles from the original service facility, the warranty program administrator will direct you to the nearest in-network service facility to handle the warranty related repair. The Roadside Assistance Program from TechNet Professional Automotive Service® centers offer 365 days of 24/7 roadside assistance and is complimentary with your qualifying service.
It’s Simple & Straightforward
When you purchase $25 or more in service from a TechNet Professional Automotive Service® center, you’re covered for 365 days when you need a tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, or flat tire changing assistance.
The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) roadside assistance incidents for any covered services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle, up to a maximum eligible reimbursement amount of seventy-five ($75.00 USD) dollars per disablement (the “Benefit Limit”).
How to Receive Roadside Assistance Services
If you need roadside assistance contact the service provider of your choice. Simply pay them for the service, and submit the required claim form and invoices, and you will be reimbursed for eligible services received.
